A family-friendly event dedicated to health, wellness and en-joy-ment, This Wonderful World: A Day For Wellness & Joy will feature a wide range of activities for adults and children, wellness workshops, sound therapy sessions and a fantastic range of artisan food trucks. This vibrant event for all ages will transform Kildare Innovation Campus into a Physical and Mental Wellness Space, where visitors can explore everything from yoga, QiGong, meditation, sound therapy and holistic health talks to dance classes, fitness demonstrations, storytelling and Brigid’s cross-making.
